Replacement Certificate & Reassessment
Need to replace your LA WEAVE® certificate? All the information is here for you!
- Your LA WEAVE® certificate is always provided electronically by email, supplied as a PDF document and should be retained safely for your own records.
- We do not keep copies of individual certificates indefinitely. In accordance with our data-retention obligations, we retain only the minimum information necessary to process your booking and certification.
Within 12 months of training = Replacement Certificate
More than 12 months after training = Reassessment Certification
Replacement Certification – Within 12 Months of training = £40
Before submitting your request, please check your email inbox, junk/spam folders and any archived emails for the original certificate.
Once your payment has been received, you will automatically be provided with an email, with instructions on how to submit your information to us by email.
Reassessment Certification
If your LA WEAVE® training took place more than 12 months ago, a replacement certificate cannot be issued from your original training record.
This also applies if you believe you never received your certificate.
As certificates have always been issued electronically, and certification records are not retained indefinitely, a reassessment is required where the original certification can no longer be verified.
The certificate issued following a successful LA WEAVE® reassessment will be dated with the date of the new assessment and cannot be backdated to your original training date.
Reassessment Certification – More Than 12 Months = £60
Once your payment has been received, you will automatically be provided with an email, with instructions on how to submit your information to us by email.
We understand your circumstances may be different, so we have kept the process really simple.

More than 12 months after training = Reassessment
We are unable to make exceptions to the 12-month replacement period. Where the original certification can no longer be verified because the training took place more than 12 months ago, a reassessment is required.
